Формування духовної культури майбутніх інженерних кадрів

Дисертація присвячена детальному аналізу таких сутнісних характеристик людини як “духовність” і “духовна культура” особистості. Уточнено поняття, зміст і структура духовної культури майбутніх інженерів та значення її формування для духовного становлення і професійного вдосконалення в умовах глобалізації, інформаційної революції, бурхливих соціально-економічних перетворень, які відбуваються сьогодні в українському суспільстві. Окреслено основні форми і методи формування та
збагачення духовної культури студентів вищих технічних навчальних закладів, обгрунтовано роль у цьому процесі суспільних наук. Проаналізовано виховний вплив навчальної і позанавчальної діяльності та визначено основні проблеми, що потребують вирішення. Охарактеризовано чинники підвищення ефективності формування та розвитку духовної культури студентства. Наголошується на нагальній необхідності модернізації змісту навчально-виховного процесу в технічному університеті у контексті актуалізації культуротворчого змісту природничих і технічних дисциплін.

Dissertation holds the light for detail analysis such main point human characteristics as “spirituality” and “spiritual culture” of personality. The conception, contents and structure of the spiritual culture of the future engineering specialists are defined more precisely; and the importance of their forming for spiritual accomplish and professional improve in conditions of globalization, informational revolution and rapid social-economical radical changes, which have place in the Ukrainian society. The main forms and methods of forming and reaching the spiritual culture of the students of the high technical educational institutes are underlined. The social sciences’ role in this process was based in. The training influence of the educational and out of the educational activity and were analyzed, were found main problems, which need the solution. The exponents of increase of the effect of the forming and development of the spiritual culture of the students were found out. There are the accent on the necessity of the modernization and contents of the educational-training process in the technical university in context of actualization of the cultural and creative contents of the natural and technical disciplines.
