The article examines the development of the mechanism and ways to reform the legislative framework sphere of physical education in the context of European integration processes. To date, topical for Ukraine as an active participant in the European integration process is a deep and comprehensive modernization of physical education and sport. The purpose of modernization associated with the allocation of the necessary resources and creating mechanisms for their effective implementation by processes of standardization sectoral legislation. Thus, for the successful implementation of the processes of modernization physical education and sport different populations important to the effective legislative support this sector in the context of European integration processes. The overall analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU in the field of Physical Education and Sport revealed certain deficiencies in national legislation array, which is quite a negative impact on the achievement of the stated objectives of the state of development of mass sports and involvement of different groups. Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Physical Education and Sports" on attracting mass physical education and sport different groups on the basis of the law on the mechanism of financing and organizing national legislation physical education and sport will improve the efficiency of various physical education groups.
