Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери як педагогічна проблема

У статті висвітлено підходи науковців до сутності комунікативної компетентності фахівців, подано визначення комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери (сукупність знань, умінь, навичок організації міжособистісної взаємодії, яка характеризується вміннями толерантного спілкування вербальними і невербальними засобами мовлення, впливу на співрозмовника, побудови конструктивного діалогу, вирішення конфліктних ситуацій, емоційної саморегуляції тощо), розглянуто принципи організації освітнього процесу вищих навчальних закладів (особистісного підходу, ситуативності, моделювання, двостороннього характеру навчального спілкування, диференційованого підходу до формування груп, діяльнісної основи навчання, групової взаємодії, орієнтації на професію), дотримання яких сприятиме формуванню комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери.

В статье освещены подходы ученых к сущности коммуникативной компетентности специалистов, подано определение коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов социономической сферы (совокупность знаний, умений, навыков организации межличностного взаимодействия, характеризующееся умениями толерантного общения вербальными и невербальными средствами речи, влияния на собеседника, построения конструктивного диалога, решения конфликтных ситуаций, эмоциональной саморегуляции и др.), рассмотрены принципы организации образовательного процесса высших учебных заведений (личностного подхода, ситуативности, моделирования, двухстороннего характера учебного общения, дифференцированного подхода к формированию групп, деятельностной основы обучения, группового взаимодействия, ориентации на профессию), соблюдение которых будет способствовать формированию коммуникативной компетентности будущих специалистов социономической сферы.

The relevance of the initiated research is caused by the integration of Ukraine into the European educational space, which involves the modernization of the domestic system of education, aimed at solving the problem of qualitative formation of the professional competence of future specialists, including the socio-economic sphere, capable of implementing knowledge and skills in professional activities. The professional activity of socionomic specialists belongs to the type of "human being - human being " and is based on interaction with other people, which cases necessity to form communicative competence along with professional knowledge and skills. The aim of the article is to determine the essence of communicative competence of future specialists of the socionomic sphere, to determine the principles of its formation in the educational process of higher educational institutions. It was found out that the professions of the type "human being - human being" belong to the socio-nominals, the main features of which are: the subject of work is another person or group of people; main work tasks of the employee are direct influence on other people: training, education, treatment and care, informational and social-household services; the success of professional activity depends on a large extent on the ability of the employee to establish direct social contacts; the main instruments of work are verbal (speech) and nonverbal (facial expressions, gestures, expressive movements) means of communication. The definition of communicative competence of future specialists of the socionomic sphere is understood as a set of knowledge, abilities, skills of organization of interpersonal interaction, characterized by skills of tolerant communication with verbal and nonverbal means of speech, influence on the interlocutor, constructive dialogue, conflict situations, emotional self-regulation, etc. The principles of organization of the educational process of higher educational institutions are considered, following of which will promote formation of communicative competence of future specialists of the socionomic sphere, namely: personal approach, situationality, modeling, bilateral nature of educational communication, differentiated approach to formation of groups, activity basis of learning, group interaction, orientation to a profession. The perspective of further research is to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the communicative competence of future specialists of the socionomic sphere.
