«Несвоєчасні» думки Михайла Драгоманова

У статті на основі аналізу та інтерпретації документальних матеріалів, раритетних видань, документів епістолярного жанру запропонована авторська версія суспільно-політичної та наукової діяльності М. Драгоманова. Акцентується увага на енциклопедичності його наукових студій. Зроблено акцент на унікальності поглядів М. Драгоманова, на зміст і вектори цивілізаційного прогресу, який полягає у зростанні духовної культури, індивідуальної свободи, високої якості життя, на значені ремесла історика у сенсі відновлення істини і справедливості через осмислення подій минулого. Наголошується на розумінні М. Драгомановим шкідливості історичної міфології і значимості морального чинника у суспільних процесах. Наведені аргументи критики М. Драгомановим фальсифікованої історії Московії. Окреслено його внесок у розробку методології і дослідницьких практик гуманітарних досліджень та їх актуальність для сьогодення.

I In the article, based on the analysis and interpretation of documentary materials, rare editions, documents of the epistolary genre, the author's version of M. Drahomanov's socio-political and scientific activity is proposed. Emphasis is placed on the encyclopedic nature of his scientific studies. Emphasis is placed on the uniqueness of M. Drahomanov's views, on the content and vectors of civilizational progress, which consists in the growth of spiritual culture, individual freedom, high quality of life, on the significance of the historian's craft in the sense of restoring truth and justice through understanding the events of the past. Emphasis is placed on M. Drahomanov's understanding of the harmfulness of historical mythology and the importance of the moral factor in social processes. The arguments of M. Drahomanov's criticism of the falsified history of Muscovy are presented. His contribution to the development of methodology and research practices of humanitarian studies and their relevance for today are outlined.
