Методики, форми і засоби впровадження мультиплікативної парадигми в ході професійного становлення майбутніх магістрів-філологів

У статті розглянуто методики, форми і засоби впровадження мультиплікативної парадигми в ході професійного становлення майбутніх магістрів-філологів. Установлено, що їхні професійні якості можуть бути сформовані завдяки максимальній активності, самостійності та докладеним зусиллям задля досягнення поставленої мети, концентрації уваги та роботи над собою. Доведено, що розглянуті методики, форми і засоби позитивно впливають на адаптацію магістрів-філологів до мінливих умов дійсності, а творчий пошук, ініціатива, креативність викладачів та студентів, розвиток особистості сприяють їхній успішності та досягненню бажаного рівня професійної зрілості.

В статье рассмотрены методики, формы и средства внедрения мультипликативной парадигмы в ходе профессионального становления будущих магистров-филологов. Установлено, что их профессиональные качества могут быть сформированы благодаря максимальной активности, самостоятельности и приложенным усилиям для достижения поставленной цели, концентрации внимания и работы над собой. Доказано, что рассмотренные методики, формы и средства положительно влияют на адаптацию магистров-филологов к переменчивым условиям действительности, а творческий поиск, инициатива, креативность преподавателей и студентов, развитие личности способствуют их успешности и достижению желаемого уровня профессиональной зрелости.

The article deals with methodologies, forms and facilities of multiplicative paradigm implementation in the process of future masters-philologists' professional formation. Due to them the training acquires active character, new forms of students' involvement into the educational process emerge and the role of their independent work strengthens. The emphasis is made exactly on training through practical activity, students' productive work in small groups, elaboration of projective assignments, business games conducting. The method of projects plays a significant role in pedagogical practice. It is considered to be the most effective means because it allows to integrate students' knowledge in different spheres during the set problem solution and gives an opportunity of applying them in practice. The students also acquire an experience of cognitive activity while working at projects. Case-study helps future masters-philologists to develop their breadth and flexibility of thinking, to master the skills of the educational information rational use, to analyze pedagogical facts and phenomena. Methods of problems and imitation games are directed to the personality's intensive development. Search activity management and imitation methods are an important link and the result of the problems solution depends exactly on them. It was defined that future masters-philologists' professional qualities can be formed only in case of students' maximum activity and independence and owing to the efforts which had been taken by them for achieving the aim and, of course, due to the concentration of attention and work about themselves. So, it was proved, that methods, forms and facilities of multiplicative paradigm implementation have a positive influence on future masters-philologists' adaptation to changeable conditions of reality, and such qualities as creative search, teachers and students' initative, personality's development assist their success and achieving the desired level of their professional maturity.
