Отражены основные тенденции развития высших педагогических заведений образования Украинской ССР в период реформирования образования М.С. Хрущевым; представленная система высшего педагогического образования Украины второй половины ХХ ст., которая формировалась в условиях реформирования образования и под пристальным контролем партии.

Basic progress of higher pedagogical establishments of formation of Ukrainian SSR trends are reflected in the period of reformation of formation of М.S. By Khrushchev; presented system of higher pedagogical education of Ukraine of the second half of ХХ of century that was formed in the conditions of reformation of education and under intent control of party. In modern scientific literature there is
understanding of basic processes and tendencies of characteristic for the second half of ХХ century on
issue of history of higher pedagogical education of Ukrainian RSR.
From middle ХХ of century the period of khrushchovs'koyi "thaw", that was accompanied by reformation of all spheres of public life, including educations, began in Ukrainian SSR. Politics in industry of higher pedagogical education in the second half of ХХ of century was straight related to the acceptance in 1959 by a law "On strengthening of connection of school with life and about further development of the system of folk education in UKRAINE". The necessity of alteration of the system of preparation and retraining of teaching and leading pedagogical shots appeared. A question became
central about polytechnic preparation of teachers, directors and heads of the teaching department of schools, expansion of them polytechnic range of interests.
On territory of Ukrainian RSR on the end of 50th the 26 regional operated and 2 municipal institutes of perfection of qualification of teachers. Before work with teachers the research institutes of АS of UKRAINE and higher educational establishments were attracted.
