Розвиток функціональної симетрії при навчанні студентів прийомам рукопашного бою

The technique of hand–to–hand fight reception is the combination of difficultly coordinated movements, the high–quality study of which plays an important role in the process of protective defensive skills capture for students in everyday life. However, using the traditional system of studies, it is not always succeeded to get a positive result, because the ordinary process of studies takes place on the specially set program which is counted mainly on standard terms which not always correspond to real events. The method of attempts and errors is thus used; a student tries to execute that or other reception, and the teacher corrects his action. At such method of studies it is not always succeeded to get the high–quality movement or reception by virtue of that reflection and mastering for those who study different and not always answers the difficult battle dynamics of action. Hereupon, all students have the clear enough understanding implementation sequence of the set reception in the real terms. This research work deals with one of the options for increasing tactical and technical level of the students Zaporizhzhya National Technical University in the classroom in close combat with the help of functional symmetry. There are specific recommendations in the study of complex coordinated movements techniques of unarmed combat using the steps in the direction that should have an important role in the development of protective and defensive skills in students.

У цій науковій роботі запропоновано один із варіантів підвищення тактичного та технічного рівнів у студентів Запорізького національного технічного університету під час занять із рукопашного бою за допомогою розвитку функціональної симетрії. Також наведено конкретні рекомендації до вивчення складних координованих рухів техніки рукопашного бою із використанням кроків у сторони, що має мати відіграти важливу роль у розвитку захисних й оборонних навичок у студентів.
