Цифрова трансформація як чинник формування організаційно-педагогічних умов використання хмарних технологій в управлінні закладом освіти

У статті досліджується проблема цифрової трансформації як чинника формування організаційно-педагогічних умов використання хмарних технологій (ХТ) в управлінні закладом освіти (ЗО). Методологічною основою роботи стали концептуальні положення теорії пізнання, які використовувалися для аналізу, систематизації, узагальнення теоретичних положень для формування хмаро орієнтованого освітнього середовища – ХТ-середовища, як підґрунтя в управлінні ЗО. Виокремлено організаційно-педагогічні умови: розроблення ХТ-середовища; орієнтація на ціль, визначену з урахуванням результатів маркетингових досліджень; охоплення ХТ всіх аспектів діяльності ЗО; активне залучення учасників ОП до використання ХТ; оперативне внесення змін у діяльність ЗО як результату систематичного неперервного моніторингу ОП та неперервності впливу цифрової трансформації.

The article examines the problem of digital transformation as a factor in the formation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the use of cloud technologies (CT) in the management of an educational institution. The methodological basis of the work was the conceptual provisions of the theory of knowledge, which were used for analysis, systematization, and generalization of theoretical provisions for the formation of a cloud-oriented educational environment, as a basis for the management of an educational institution. Organizational and pedagogical conditions are distinguished: development of IT environment; orientation to the goal determined taking into account the results of marketing research; cloud coverage of all aspects of the educational institution's activities; active involvement of participants in the educational process in the use of cloud technologies; prompt introduction of changes in the activities of the educational institution as a result of systematic continuous monitoring of the educational process and the continuity of the impact of digital transformation.
