Інноваційні підходи навчання технологічних дисциплін у процесі підготовки вчителів технологій

У статті розглядаються інноваційні підходи навчання технічних дисциплін у процесі підготовки вчителів технологій. Акцентується увага на вимогах до особистісних та професійних якостей вчителя технологій, які повинні ґрунтуватися на глибокій професійній компетентності вчителя. Підкреслюється, що принциповою особливістю інноваційного підходу до підготовки педагогічних кадрів, професійні обов'язки яких пов'язані з формуванням технічних знань є орієнтація їх на фундаменталізацію науково-технічних знань. У зв'язку з цим робиться ставка на дедуктивний метод дослідження і висвітлення матеріалу.

В статье рассматриваются инновационные подходы изучения технических дисциплин в процессе подготовки учителей технологий. Акцентируется внимание на требованиях к личностным и профессиональным качествам учителя технологий, которые должны основываться на глубокой профессиональной компетентности учителя. Подчеркивается, что принципиальной особенностью инновационного подхода к подготовке педагогических кадров, профессиональные обязанности которых связаны с формированием технических знаний является ориентация их на фундаментализацию научно-технических знаний. В связи с этим делается ставка на дедуктивный метод исследования и освещения материала.

The article discusses innovative approaches to teaching technical disciplines in the preparation of teachers of technology.
