Фізична терапія при ендопротезуванні кульшового суглоба ускладненного переломом шийки стегна

Проведено огляд літературних джерел з фізичної терапії при ендопротезуванні кульшового суглоба ускладненого переломом шийки стегна. Розглянуто застосування лікувальної гімнастики, кінезіотейпування, лімфодренажного масажу, тренажеру для пасивної розробки кульшового та колінного суглобів та фізіотерапевтичних методів у відновленні хворих після ендопротезування кульшового суглоба. Метою роботи є розробка та оцінка ефективності програми при ендопротезуванні кульшового суглоба. В ході проведеного дослідження були отримані показники функції кульшового суглоба за шкалою W.H. Harris до передопераційної фізичної терапії, які склали в ОГ – x = 11,9 балів (S = 2,3 бали), Ме (25%; 75%) = 11 (9, 13) балів, та в КГ – x = 12,0 балів (S = 3,3 бали), Ме (25%; 75%) = 12 (9, 15) балів. На 14 день після фізичної терапії показники в ОГ значно покращились та склали – x = 23,4 бали (S=1,4 балів), Ме (25 %; 75%) = 25 (25, 26) балів, (p<0,01); в КГ становили – x = 17,1 балів (S=2,8 балів), Ме (25%; 75%) = 13,5 (10, 15) балів, (p>0,05).

A review of the literature on physical therapy for prosthetics hip joint when hip replacement is complicated by a hip fracture. The
problem statement of the research is outlined, analysis of recent publications leading experts in the field of physical therapy on this
issue. One of the treatments that are actively used femoral neck fracture - endoprosthesis replacement. This method allows to the
patient get rid of pain, development of post-traumatic coxarthrosis and faster to return to an active lifestyle. Reviewed the use of
therapeutic gymnastics is considered, kinesiotherapy, lymphatic drainage massage, simulator for passive development hip joint and knee joint and physiotherapy methods in the recovery of patients after endoprosthesis hip joint. A comprehensive program has been developed of physical therapy based on age, gender and comorbidities using the latest recovery methods on preoperative, early, late postoperative and recovery periods. In the article were considered benefits of conducting classes on the devices for passive development hip joint and knee joint, technique of overlay application to reduce swelling in the operated limb. The purpose of the work is development and evaluation of efficiency program endoprosthesis hip joint. During the study that was conducted were received functions indicators of hip joint on a scale W.H. Harris to preoperative physical therapy which are equal in the main group – x = 11,9 (S = 2,3), Ме (25%; 75%) = 11 (9, 13) and in the control group – x = 12,0 (S = 3,3), Ме (25%; 75%) = 12 (9, 15). On day 14 after physical therapy indicators significantly improved in the main group: – x = 23,4 (S=1,4), Ме (25 %; 75%) = 25 (25, 26), (p<0,01); in the control group the indicators were – x = 17,1 (S=2,8), Ме (25%; 75%) = 13,5 (10, 15), (p>0,05).
