Формування профорієнтаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів географії для профільного навчання

У дисертації вперше спроєктовано та експериментально підтверджено ефективність структурно-функціональної моделі структурно-логічної організації освітнього процесу зі формування профорієнтаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів географії, яка є цілковитою єдністю взаємодії цільового, методологічного, процесуального, організаційно-методичного працеорієнтованого і релевантного блоків її реалізації. Визначено структуру профорієнтаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів географії для профільного навчання. Представлено авторське бачення дефініції «профорієнтаційна компетентність майбутніх учителів географії для профільного навчання», «процес формування профорієнтаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів географії» та «профільне навчання». Розроблено структурно-логічну схему організації освітнього процесу майбутніх учителів предметної спеціальності 014.07 Середня освіта (Географія) у етапах організації пускового, академічного, психолого-педагогічного, природничо-географічного, суспільно-географічного, діагностичного, професійно-орієнтованого блоку дисциплін та результативного блоку засобів діагностики і державної атестації. Розроблено діагностичний інструментарій для оцінювання рівнів сформованості профорієнтаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів географії для профільного навчання, на основі критеріально-рівневої шкали – нативний, спеціальний суспільний, організаційно-методичний та професійно-орієнтувальний критерії; рівні – високий, середній, достатній та низький.

The efficiency of the structural-functional model of the structural-logical organization of the educational process for the formation of future geography teachers career guidance competence has been designed and experimentally confirmed in the dissertation for the first time. This model involves complete unity of target, methodological, procedural, organizational-methodological work-oriented, and relevant blocks, and the methodology of its implementation that has been revealed and disclosed. The career guidance competence of future geography teachers for specialized education has been substantiated and structured in the synergistic complex content and structure of the professional profile-system within the requirements for qualities and moral-ethical traits, abilities, capacities (systemic, analytical, research), competencies of special – natural-geographical, socio-geographical (sociosphere, anthroposphere components, special socio-geographical component of biosociosphere, professional sphere) components and readiness (methodological professional and professionally-oriented (reproductive) components in competencies), competency components of formation (career guidance competence/responsibility) competencies – social protection, bioethics, environmental and academic culture, professional academic culture, geography culture (teaching, research, and innovation). An author’s vision of the definitions “specialized education” and “process of forming career guidance competence of future geography teachers’ is presented. A diagnostic toolkit has been developed to assess the levels of formation of future geography teachers career guidance competence for specialized education – native, special social, organizational-methodical, professional-orientational criterion; levels – high, medium, sufficient, and low in organizational-methodical conditions: personnel potential for creating regional attractiveness in implementing territorial development strategies through the implementation of educational quality policies ensuring life safety; synergy of structural-logical organization of the educational process with natural compatibility, increasing academic potential of education and science efficiency with prolonged employment of geography teachers in the conditions of specialized education for regional attractiveness career guidance; structural-logical organization of the educational process, formation of career guidance competence of future geography teachers for specialized education and satisfaction of the social order demand in professional employment environments. Implementation of a structural-logical organization of the educational process with the formation of career guidance competence of future geography teachers for specialized education is ensured in the stages of organizing the start-up, academic, psychological-pedagogical, natural-geographical, socio-geographical, diagnostic, professionally-oriented block of disciplines, and a result-oriented block of diagnostic tools and state certification and methodology of conducting pedagogical research. An aggregated complex has been developed, it includes educational-methodical and methodical manuals “General Geology”, “Meteorology and Climatology”, educational-methodical support – methodological recommendations for practical, laboratory classes, modular control works, educational practices, independent work, diagnostic tools: meteorology and climatology, hydrology and oceanology, economic and social geography of Ukraine, history of socio-geographical research, religious geography, behavioral geography, medical geography, and natural resource management; “I am” - the project of a safe space for specialized education; seminar – a plan of an educational institution’s safety corridor; virtual expedition of safe routing; local history practice – regional attractiveness in sustainable development strategy of Ukraine.
