Правова природа шлюбу за сімейним кодексом України

У праці розглядаються існуючі концепції шлюбу (шлюб-таїнство, шлюб-договір, шлюб-партнерство, шлюб-статус); автор обґрунтовує думку про можливість співіснування різних концепцій шлюбу як таких, що характеризують різні аспекти цього соціального явища: сакральність, специфічні правовідносини, юридичний факт. Доведено, що сімейне законодавство України втілює концепцію шлюб-статус

The article examines the existing concepts of marriage (marriage, sacrament, marriage-contract, marriage, partnership, marriage status); The author substantiates the idea of the possibility of coexistence of different concepts of marriage, describing the various aspects of this social phenomenon: the sacredness, special relationship, the legal fact. It is proved that in the family legislation of Ukraine embodies the concept of marriage – it`s status
