Вплив сімейних ціннісних орієнтацій на становлення процесу самовдосконалення підлітків

В статье раскрыты психологические особенности процесса самосовершенствования подростков в семейном общении. Основными условиями данного феномена необходимо выделить такие факторы как семейно-ценностное общение и личная активность индивида. В общении усваиваются формы, виды и критерии оценок; в индивидуальном опыте происходит их апробация, наполнение личностной сущностью. Из оценок окружающих подросток постоянно выделяет критерии и способы оценивания других и переносит их на себя. Так происходит становление самосовершенствования личности, и каким оно будет, в целом, зависит от особенностей взаимодействия с ребенком, от отношения к нему взрослых, прежде всего родителей, педагогов, ровесников.
В работе доказано, что учащиеся и их родители осуществляют ценностный выбор на основе нормативных требований общества; он реализуется путем поиска внутренних резервов достижения значимой цели. В процессе самосовершенствования подростки активизируют лишь те ценности, которые играют важную роль в их жизни. Именно благодаря этому формируется индивидуальная система ценностных ориентаций, от которой зависит динамика самосовершенствования личности.

In the article the psychological peculiarities of teenagers’ self-perfection process within family intercourse has been exposed. As the basic conditions of the given phenomenon it is necessary to select such factors as family-valued intercourse and own activity of individual. In the process of intercourse the forms, kinds and criteria of estimations have been acquired; in the individual experience their approbation and filling with the personality essence have achieved. From the estimations of the entourages a teenager constantly selects the criteria and ways of evaluation of other people and transfers them on itself. Thus the development of self-perfection of personality has become and this development on the whole depends on the peculiarities of the interaction with a child and the attitude toward him of the adults, foremost parents, teachers, and people of the same age. In the work has proved that the students and their parents carry out the valued choice on the basis of the normative requirements of the society. This choice has realized by searching of inner reserves of achievement of meaningful purpose. In the process of self-perfection teenagers activate only those values which play important role in their own life. Just due to the mentioned reasons individual system of the valued orientations from which depends the dynamics of self-perfection of personality has been formed.
