Формування здоров'язбережувальної компетентності у вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти

У статті проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні основи дослідження проблеми формування
здоров'язбережувальної компетентності у вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти.
Визначено пріоритетність розвитку освітньо-виховної та фізкультурно-оздоровчої галузі, оскільки від цього
залежить рівень здоров‘я та культури здорового способу життя кожної дитини.
Охарактеризовано зміст педагогічних умінь фахівця дошкільного виховання з урахуванням специфіки
професійної діяльності. Обґрунтовано актуальність даної проблеми в сучасній системі вищої освіти України.
Розкрито головні чинники формування здоров'язбережувальної компетентності та змістове наповнення
термінів: ˮкомпетентністьˮ, ˮздоров'язбережувальна компетентністьˮ, ˮздоров'язбережувальні технологіїˮ,
ˮздоров'язбережувальне середовищеˮ.
З‘ясовано, що здоров'язбережувальна компетентність передбачає: раціональне харчування, оптимальну рухову
активність, санітарно-гігієнічний режим праці та відпочинку; ефективне спілкування, відсутність і розв'язання
конфліктів, поведінка в умовах тиску, погроз, дискримінації, спільна діяльність та співробітництво; самоусвідомлення та
самооцінка, аналіз проблем і прийняття рішень, визначення життєвих цілей та програм, самоконтроль, мотивація успіху
та тренування волі.

The article analyzes the
psychological and pedagogical foundations for the study of the problem of formation of health-preserving competence of pre-school
teachers. The priority of development of the educational and health protection institutions has been determined, since it is those
institutions that the health standards and a healthy lifestyle of each child depend on. In the present conditions, under which the
preschool education system is functioning the issues of raising the status of physical culture, reducing the disease incidence among
children, improving health, improving physical and mental fitness, developing creative abilities and skills of independent scientific
knowledge and self-education in order to increase the level of professional training of preschool teachers has become extremely
topical, since the vast majority of preschool children have health problems. Hence the need for the formation, preservation and
recovery of the health of preschool children – the main goal of our society and the education system in particular.
The main factors of the formation of health-preserving competence and the definition of the terms: "competence", "healthpreserving
competence", " health-preserving technologies", " health-preserving medium" have been revealed.
It has been proved that the formation of health-preserving competence implies: conceptual fundamentals of knowledge
about the health of a modern person; the inculcation of a healthy way of life; safe behaviour skills; cultivating the health-forming,
health-preserving, active behaviour; obtaining the knowledge about health and its components; the formation of value-oriented
relation to the environment, to people, to oneself; the application of methods for the integrated health assessment and the system of
practical skills that ensure the preservation and improvement of health; use of knowledge about health preservation and
improvement, self-regulation and self-correction; the ability to provide first aid; the ability to prevent injuries.
