Становлення конкурентоздатного психолога у позааудиторній діяльності закладу вищої освіти

У статті проаналізовано погляди вчених на зміст
та співвідношення понять «конкуренція» і «конкурентоздатний
фахівець»; розкрито сутність та структуру
особистості психолога як конкурентоздатного
фахівця. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці внутрішньої
та зовнішньої мотивації конкурентоздатного
психолога, опису когнітивної, рефлексивної та операціональної
складових пізнавальної сфери особистості
конкурентоздатного практичного психолога. Висвітлено
сутність позааудиторній діяльності, охарактеризовано
форми такої діяльності на факультеті педагогіки
і психології НПУ імені М. П. Драгоманова

The authors analyze the views of scientists on the content
and the ratio between the concepts of «competition»
and «competitive specialist»; The content and the structure
of the psychologist personality as a competitive professional
are disclosed. The article is paid particular attention to the
specifics of the internal and external motivation of a competitive
psychologist, a description of the cognitive, reflexive
and operational components of the cognitive sphere of the
personality of a competitive applied psychologist. The authors
disclose the essence of extracurricular activities, describe
the forms of extracurricular activities at the Faculty of Pedagogy
