Відповідальність тренера і спортсмена в навчально-педагогічному процесі

Критерієм соціальної відповідальності можуть бути рольові обов’язки і відносини, що обумовлюють їх. Відповідальність є істотною рисою особистості і відображає обсяг особистих прагнень людини, тобто діапазон його боргу. Відчуття боргу виникає в разі наявності обов’язків особистості перед кимось або перед своєю совістю. Під совістю розуміють усвідомлення і переживання відповідальності особистості. Усвідомлення спортсменом власної відповідальності визначається певними факторами, до яких належать пізнавальні, мотиваційні, ситуаційні та ін.

The criterion of social responsibility can be the role duties and relationships that determine them. Responsibility is an essential feature of the individual and it reflects the extent of a person's personal aspirations, that is the range of his or her debt. A
sense of duty arises when there are duties of personality to someone or to own conscience. Under conscience is understood awareness and experience of responsibility. Athlete's awareness of own responsibility is determined by certain factors, which include cognitive, motivational, situational and other factors.
The concept of "responsibility" is associated with human life and is used in the study of personality, management psychology, pedagogy, moral education. It is studied not only by psychologists, but also by sociologists and philosophers. Even within the same field of knowledge, the term "responsibility" is used to consider different aspects of human activity, including sports. In the training process, the coach and the athlete have internal control mechanisms. They are responsible for their actions, first of all before themselves and before others, and only then - before external factors. Responsibilities are different in that they are a form of control of either individual or social positions. The presence of landmarks of responsibility is the most important factor governing not only the individual but also the social and public-social position of the coach and the athlete. The number of such landmarks they are responsible for is quite large.
