Актуальні питання професійного розвитку учителів фізичної культури в умовах післядипломної освіти

The article was analyzed of the scientific and educational literature as to problems of professional development of teachers of physical culture of postgraduate education. Based on the analysis of scientific and educational literature, we are given proper definition of «professional development of teachers of physical culture». Indicated that among the priorities of state policy as to development of higher and postgraduate education in the context of European integration of Ukraine was defined the problem of regular improvement the quality of education, modernization of its contents and forms of organization of educational process, implementation of innovative educational technologies. It is noted that the main purpose of Postgraduate Education is: to satisfy educational and professional needs, the professional development of expert and the growth of his professional status, ensuring that his skills to the changing conditions of professional work and social environment. It is indicated that in current conditions, the quality and level of training teachers of physical culture does not fully satisfy the needs of the individual, society and state. The new Ukrainian society with its problems, require physical culture teachers the innovation type, that combining spiritual and physical wealth, ability for creative collaboration that are intended to form, develop and nurture a new generation of Ukrainian. It is noted that the creation in the system of post-graduate education conditions for the actualization of teachers of physical culture, the needs of building motivation, values in their continuous professional development and to ensure organizational and methodological support and their movement to a high level of professional competence and professional fulfillment are important and urgent tasks of Postgraduate Education.

У статті здійснено аналіз науково-педагогічної літератури щодо проблеми професійного розвитку учителів фізичної культури в умовах післядипломної освіти. Дано власне визначення поняття «професійний розвиток учителів фізичної культури».
