Південь України в початковий період Великої Вітчизняної війни. Червень 1941 - листопад 1942 рр.

На підставі результатів комплексного вивчення джерел і літератури досліджено маловідомі аспекти початкового періоду Великої Вітчизняної війни на Півдні України. Розкрито процес переведення регіону в режим воєнної економіки. Висвітлено труднощі мобілізації людських і матеріальних ресурсів. Показано морально-психологічний стан, політичні настрої місцевих мешканців, що існували на початку вторгнення гітлерівських військ на територію УРСР у 1942 р. Проаналізовано здобутки та втрати, спричинені евакуацією населення, промислових і сільськогосподарських підприємств у тилові райони СРСР. Наведено факти дезертирства особового складу Червоної Армії, що мали місце в період оборони Півдня України. У контексті настроїв рядових солдатів і командирів з'ясовано причини добровільної здачі в полон бійців, поширення колабораціонізму на початку війни. Висвітлено масштаби та головні напрямки співпраці населення з німецько-румунською владою, роль колаборантів у нарощуванні військово-економічного потенціалу окупантів.

On the basis of complex study of sources and literature the unknown aspects of the initial period of Great Patriotic war on the South of Ukraine are investigated in the following dissertation. The process of the transformation of the mobilization of human and material recourse of military are discovered.
The moral-psychological state, the polical spirits of the local citizens that existed at the beginning of Hitler forces invasions on the territory of the USSR in 1941 are shown.
The achievements and losses during the evacuation on the population, industrial and agricultural enterprises in real district of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) are analyzed.
The facts of desertion on the personnel of the Red Amy that occurred in the defends period of the South of Ukraine are introduced in the dissertation. In the light of prism of the ordinary solders' and commanders' spirits the reasons of the voluntary surrender of the soldiers into the captivity and the dissemenination of collaborationism at the beginning of the war are explained.
The range and the main directions of cooperation of the population with German-Romanian power, the role of collaborators in increasing the military-economic potential are depicted.
