Особистісно-орієнтований підхід у підготовці майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до здоров’язбережувальної діяльності в основній школі

Автори статті акцентують увагу на тому, що в умовах модернізації вищої педагогічної освіти особистісно-
орієнтований підхід дозволяє значно підвищити якість професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури.
Основою особистісно-орієнтованого підходу є індивідуалізована система наукових знань і практичних умінь, що створює
позитивні зміни у світогляді, мотивації, життєвих цінностях, мислені, поведінці, орієнтації в навколишньому середовищі.
Узагальнено, що у закладах вищої освіти особистісно-орієнтований підхід до підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної
культури до здоров‘язбережувальної діяльності в основній школі має бути спрямованим на розвиток особистісного
потенціалу майбутнього вчителя, його професійну самореалізацію, креативність і ініціативність, розвиток здатності
адаптуватися в складних соціальних і професійних обставинах та передбачає диференціацію різних видів підготовки на
основі врахування інтересів, потреб і мотивів, особистісних функціональних характеристик та можливостей, рівня
загально-теоретичної та спеціальної практичної підготовленості студентів.

The authors of the article draw the attention to the fact
in the conditions of the higher pedagogical education modernization the personality-oriented approach allows to considerably
increase the future physical culture teachers‘ professional training quality.
The main aim of the work was to reveal the essence of the personality-oriented approach as to the future physical culture
teachers‘ training tо the health-keeping activity in the secondary school.
It has been cleared out based on the questionarie vault-pole, that only 42,0% of the students are completely satisfied with
the contents of the higher physical culture education as to their training tо the health-keeping activity in the secondary school.
The implementation of the personality-oriented approach to the teaching and educational process, directed at the forming
future physical culture teachers‘ readiness tо the health-keeping activity in the secondary school, presupposes the application of
such principles, as realizing the purpose of the professional training; forming moral and sociocultural values; keeping social behavior
norms; the development of the socially relevant personality qualities of the teaching and educational process participants. The base
of the personality-oriented approach is an individualized system of scientific knowledge and practical skills, creating a positive effect
on the outlook, motivation, vital values, thinking, behavior, orientation in the environmental medium.
It has been generalized, that in the higher educational establishments personality-oriented approach tо the future physical
culture teachers‘ training tо the health-keeping activity must be directed to the development of the future teacher‘s personality
potential, his professional self-realization, creativity and being initiative, the development of the ability to adapt in difficult social and professional circumstances and presupposes differentiation of training kinds based on the taking into account interests, needs and
motives, personality functional characteristics and opportunities, level of general-theoretical and special practical students‘ being
trained.
