Аналіз системи спортивної діяльності особового складу в структурі Міністерства оборони України

Мета статті – проаналізувати систему спортивної діяльності військовослужбовців та працівників Збройних Сил України в структурі Міністерства оборони України. У статті надана структура напрямів фізичної культури і спорту в Україні, запропоновані складові системи фізичної культури та спорту в системі оборонного відомства держави. Окрім цього, представлено систему спортивної діяльності особового складу в структурі Міністерства оборони України, визначено її складові, описані концептуальні основи, надано визначення процесу спортивного вдосконалення та управління спортивною діяльністю, окремих його елементів. Розглянуті напрями спорту у закладах фізичної культури і спорту Міністерства оборони України, наведена чисельність пріоритетних олімпійських, неолімпійських (військово-прикладних), літніх та зимових видів спорту.
Загалом система спортивної діяльності особового складу в структурі Міністерства оборони України втілює величезний національний досвід, сучасні підходи та стандарти. Система не тільки готує військовослужбовців-спортсменів і працівників ЗС України до піднесення іміджу України та її Збройних Сил, й сприяє формуванню і розвитку сильної, відповідальної, дисциплінованої та морально стійкої особистості – громадянина України, діями якого підвищується якість обороноздатності Держави.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the system of sports activities of military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the structure of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The article provides a structure of physical culture and sports in Ukraine and proposes components of the system of physical culture and sports in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. In addition, the system of sports activities of personnel in the structure of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is presented, its components are identified, the conceptual foundations are described, the definition of the process of sports improvement and management of sports activities, and its individual elements are provided. The areas of sports in the institutions of physical culture and sports of the Ministry of Defence are considered, and the number of priority Olympic, non-Olympic (military-applied), summer, and winter sports are given. In general, the system of personnel sports activities in the Ministry of Defence embodies vast national experience, modern approaches, and standards. The system not only prepares military athletes and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to enhance the image of Ukraine and its Armed Forces but also contributes to the formation and development of a strong, responsible, disciplined, and morally stable personality – a citizen of Ukraine, whose actions increase the quality of the defence capability of the State.
Therefore, the system of sports activities in the Ministry of Defence is a multi-component system that includes not only elements but also experience and traditions.
One of the key features of the system is a comprehensive approach to sports activities, which covers activities carried out by subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sports for the development of sports, as well as conducting and preparing for participation in these activities.
