Удосконалення системи дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл в Україні

У статті проаналізовано діяльність системи дитячо-юнацького спорту та функціонування спортивних шкіл в Україні. Опрацьовані теоретичні матеріали вітчизняних та зарубіжних фахівців з питань удосконалення різних аспектів підготовки юних спортсменів, відбору та орієнтації на різних етапах багаторічної підготовки, організації та управління тренувальним процесом. Охарактеризовано важливі проблеми та шляхи удосконалення діяльності ДЮСШ в Україні.
Визначено основні напрямки для удосконалення та оптимізації діяльності ДЮСШ в Україні в сучасних умовах.

The article analyzes system activity Youth sports training of athletes in various sports and sport schools functioning in
Ukraine and abroad. The analysis of the literature, regulatory and documentary sources for the development of sports in the system
of Coach in the modern world. Worked out theoretical materials of domestic and foreign experts on the theory and methodology of
training young athletes, selection and orientation at various stages of long-term preparation, organization and management of
sports of youth sport in Ukraine. Characterized important problems and improvement of the sports school in Ukraine. Defined and grounded main areas for improvement and optimization of Coach in Ukraine in modern conditions. The study determined that the development of sports schools in Ukraine requires the formation of a fundamentally new economic, organizational and legal forms of operation and consideration of these interrelated factors: government policies, staffing and their qualifications, availability, entertainment, sponsorship appeal, technical material, methodological and informational aspects.
As part of the survey (in the form of interviews) 34 coaches in Ternopil region was able to outline the key problems of the
industry and identify the best options for improving the system of youth sport in Ukraine. Answers coaches have confirmed the views of other experts on the need and feasibility of improving the system Children's sports school in Ukraine. A significant number of problems, according to trainers should encourage authorities (guidance) structure to the fundamental changes in youth sport, in fact one of the key problems is the low level of mass sports. The improvement is the whole system will involve a radical transformation of all parts and components of the system, not just a partial reform and only certain structures under such conditions possible real transformation of the successful Children's sports school in Ukraine.

В статье проанализирована деятельность системы детско-юношеского спорта и функционирования спортивных школ в Украине. Разработанные теоретические материалы отечественных и зарубежных специалистов по вопросам совершенствования различных аспектов подготовки юных спортсменов, отбора и ориентации на различных этапах многолетней подготовки, организации и управления тренировочным процессом. Охарактеризованы важные проблемы и пути совершенствования деятельности ДЮСШ в Украине. Определены основные направления для совершенствования и оптимизации деятельности ДЮСШ в Украине в современных условиях.
