Вплив морфологічних показників на показники технічної підготовленості штовхальників ядра на етапі спеціалізованої базової підготовки

В статті розгадається вплив морфологічних показників на біомеханічні параметри техніки штовхальників ядра на етапі спеціалізованої базової підготовки. Представлені результати дослідження залежності технічної підготовленості штовхальників ядра етапу спеціалізованої базової підготовки від їх морфологічних показників. В ході роботи були визначені необхідні морфологічні показники які повинні мати штовхальники ядра для відбору на етапі спеціалізованої базової підготовки.

The article discusses effect of morphological indicators on the biomechanical parameters of the techniques shotput at the stage of the specialized basic preparation. Are presented the results of a study of dependence technical training of the shot putters at a stage of the specialized basic preparation from their morphological indicators. The study was attended by 12 shot putters 15-17 years who were at the stage of specialized basic training. In article used
the following methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and technical literature, the definition of anthropometric indicators index method, determining the biomechanical parameters of the technique and methods of mathematical statistics. As a result of research it was determined that on a time shot put the biggest impact has the length of the torso; on the height of the departure of the shot the biggest impact has the growth and length of the hands; on the speed the departure of the shot the biggest impact has the chest girth and weight of athletes; on a result of the shot put the biggest impact has the span of the hands, waist girth, chest girth and weight of athletes. To achieve the greatest results in the shot-put at the stage of the specialized basic preparation need to select the tall shot putters with more weight, with big scope hands, big chest girth and big waist girth. Also for achieve the greatest results in the shotput at the stage of the specialized basic preparation need to select shot putters in which in general of the growth the length of the body, length of torso is greater than the length of the legs.

В статье рассматривается влияние морфологических показателей на биомеханические параметры техники
толкателей ядра на этапе специализированной базовой подготовке. Представлены результаты исследования
зависимости технической подготовленности толкателей ядра, находящихся на этапе специализированной базовой
подготовке, от их морфологических показателей. В ходе работы были определены особенности морфологических
показателей, которые должны иметь толкатели ядра для отбора на этапе специализированной базовой подготовки.
