Правове виховання дітей дошкільного віку в контексті освітнього процесу сучасного закладу дошкільної освіти

Дослідження присвячене обґрунтуванню правового виховання в контексті
освітнього процесу сучасного закладу дошкільної освіти. Уточнено сутність поняття
«правове виховання», розкрито змістову характеристику феномена «правове виховання дітей
дошкільного віку» і виокремлено його компоненти. Визначено педагогічні умови правового
виховання дітей дошкільного віку в освітньому процесі сучасного закладу длшкільної освіти,
як-то: створення правового розвивального середовища в закладі дошкільної освіти; педагогічний
супровід освітньо-виховної роботи з правової освіченості дітей дошкільного віку;
просвітницька робота педагогів із формування правового світогляду батьків.

The development of a modern legal state and civil society of Ukraine is impossible without proper legal education and education of members of society, starting with the smallest - children of preschool age and completing the education of adults. Legal education of children is one of the urgent problems of our society, because the level of legal culture and knowledge of children about their rights and responsibilities is rather low. The importance of solving the problem of legal education of children is actualized because of the fact that the realization of the children rights is, perhaps, the most basic condition for the physical and mental well-being of the child, its development. Therefore, before teachers there is a task to expand the legal knowledge of the child, to form a responsibility to society and the state, to educate her in the spirit of unconditional adherence to norms and the law of morality. The success of legal education depends to a large extent on the extent to which the educational and educational process of a modern institution of pre-school education activates the internal capabilities of the child-preschool child himself.
