Перспективні шляхи вдосконалення процесу управління розвитком освіти у сфері фізичної культури і спорту в Україні

У статті розкрито зміст стратегічних завдань органів влади, освітніх установ та фізкультурно-
спортивних організацій щодо формування сучасної культури збереження здоров’я, фізичної досконалості та рухової
активності населення України. Встановлено перспективні шляхи вдосконалення процесу управління розвитком освіти
у сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Розкрито змістове наповнення діяльності органів управління, закладів освіти,
громадських організацій, фахівців фізичного виховання в процесі розвитку освіти у сфері фізичної культури і спорту.

The article reveals the content of the strategic tasks of the authorities,
educational institutions and sports organizations on the formation of modern culture of preservation of health, physical perfection and
physical activity of the population of Ukraine. perspective ways of improving the process of management of the development of
education in the sphere of physical culture and sports have been identified. Disclosed the content of the activities of the
management bodies, educational institutions, public organizations, specialists of physical education in development of education in
the sphere of physical culture and sports.
The author suggests changes in the basic program of training students and expanding the content of the variable part of
physical education, which is formed by educational institutions taking into account the interests, aspirations and abilities of students,
capabilities of training facilities, the regional characteristics and national traditions, climatic and environmental conditions. Identified
the need for the development and implementation of a national system of assessment of level of physical preparedness of
population of Ukraine, which would be logically linked to the training system of preschool, secondary, vocational and higher
education.
One of the promising directions of development of education is the designing of a national programme of development of
academic mobility of students and teachers, which provides for the exchange of students, teaching staff among the related
UNIVERSITIES in the country and abroad, educational programs and best practices in learning and teaching, contributes to the
spread of international integration and the introduction of European education standards.
It is determined that the desired result is achieved through the development of the target program of education
development in the field of physical culture and sports, which would include the following main directions: improvement of normativelegal
base of physical culture and sport; the introduction of new technologies of management; organizational development;
development of physical culture and sport infrastructure; improvement of mechanisms for management and support of the sphere of
physical culture and sports.
