Вплив засобів АДК на розвиток комунікативної діяльності дітей з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку

У представленій роботі розглядаються можливості використання засобів альтернативної та додаткової комунікації як засобу щоденного спілкування або підтримки процесу комунікативної діяльності дітей з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку. У статті наведено загальний розподіл груп користувачів альтернативної та додаткової комунікації в залежності від їхніх комунікативних та мовленнєвих можливостей та потреб, а також, наведено розподіл за групами користувачів з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку враховуючи мотиваційний аспект комунікативної діяльності. Стаття описує маркери для швидкого реагування фахівцями логопедичної практики щодо визначення нагальної потреби використання альтернативної та додаткової комунікації дітьми з порушеннями інтелектуальної сфери. В статті містяться методичні рекомендації щодо добору якісних матеріалів візуальної підтримки та поради щодо ефективного їх використання у роботі з дітьми з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку.

The paper discusses the use of alternative and augmentative communication communication as a means of daily communication or support for the process of communicative activity of children with intellectual disabilities. The article provides a general distribution of groups of users of alternative and additional communication depending on their communicative and speech capabilities and needs, Also the distribution to groups of users with intellectual impairment is given considering the motivational aspect of communicative activity. It was revealed that the communicative motives of children and adults are different and have a different nature. In communication, it is important to consider the motives of both the speaker himself and his communicative partners. Most often, significant adults act as communicative partners of the child. When teaching a child to communicate, it is important to keep track of the child's own AAC needs. It is necessary to assess the user's need for AAC. This will help to understand what means of the AAC it is advisable to use and at what stages of the formation of communication skills. The article includes a description of markers for rapid response by specialists of speech therapy practice to determine the need for the use of alternative and additional communication for children with intellectual disabilities. The article contains methodical recommendations on selection of high-quality materials of visual support and recommendations for their effective use in work with children with intellectual disabilities.
