Системний і особистісний підходи до реалізації андрагогічної моделі професійного розвитку інструкторів з фізкультури та вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів

The article reveals the scientific views on the current requirements for the professional work of the teacher; briefly served contrast andragogical model of teaching, which is that in the course of study the student organization is fully responsible for defining the scope of training; highlights principles - the priority of self-study, the use of positive life experience, correcting outdated experience, individual approach to learning, elective training, reflexivity, updating the results of training, personal development, as well as the problem of andragogy - the monitoring of typical and individual problems of teachers, assistance in self-determination, Creating the conditions for understanding the prospects for professional and personal growth, the formation of the situation intersubjective interaction; the essence of the system approach, its various aspects - structural, functional, genetic and predictive, as well as a more differentiated approach, according to which a systemic approach requires a system-targeted, systemicfunctional, system-integrative, system-structural, system and communication, system-management, systematic and historical aspects; It defines the basic position of the personal approach, its aim and the realization of the process of professional development of teachers; such provisions are determined by the central personal approach - each person is a unique phenomenon, personality and her professional development is the aim of andragogical model, a person is not an object and subject of the educational activity; serves the author's definitions of concepts such as professional development for physical education instructors and tutors of preschool educational institutions, as well as education and improving activity in preschool educational institution.
