Значення соціальних компетенцій викладача в процесі навчанні плаванню

У статті розглянуто значення та роль соціальних компетенцій викладача в процесі навчання плаванню
студентської молоді. Фізичне виховання, зокрема плавання формує фізично-активну, здорову молодь, яка відповідає
сучасним вимогам суспільства. Виявлені основні чинники, які впливають на формування соціальних компетенцій.
Проведена ґенеза поняття «соціальні компетенції», які імплементовані в навчальний процес плавання. Сформовані
основні відмінності та окреслені шляхи вирішення нагальних проблем процесу фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних
закладах України з точки зору формування профілю соціальних компетенцій викладача з плавання.

The article describes the
importance and role of social competencies of the teacher in the process of swimming training of students. Physical education,
particularly swimming forms a physically active, healthy young people, which meets the requirements of modern society.
Physical education in European countries is characterized by a great variety of forms of physical activity and approaches to
teaching. However, the focus remains on the needs and requirements satisfied the student as consumer of educational services. On
the one hand, it is a challenge to classical education and a teacher who becomes a producer of educational services and on the
other hand, students have already been motivated to physical education.
Have been demonstrated the main factors that affect the formation of social competence. Held the Genesis of the concept
«social competence», which is implemented in the learning process of swimming.
Such approach requires awareness of student’s needs, and above all socially necessary skills, knowledge, skills and
abilities which are taken into account during the study. Such interaction and collaboration university-student-teacher, as stakeholders
can create a synergetic effect in the education system.
Formed the main differences and the ways of solution of urgent problems of the physical education process in higher
educational establishments of Ukraine from the point of view of the profile formation of social competence of the teacher of
swimming.
