Апробація програми ерготерапії самбістів-ветеранів після лікування травм колінних суглобів

Відповідно до результатів аналізу науково-методичної та спеціальної літератури встановлено, що актуальним питанням внесення змін у існуючі програми ерготерапії спортсменів-ветеранів, які спеціалізуються в одноборствах на етапі відновлення після травм опорно-рухового апарату із акцентованим використанням засобів кінезіологічного тейпування та сучасних фітнес-технологій – присвячено недостатню кількість наукових праць. Це підкреслює актуальність та практичну складову обраного напряму наукової розвідки. Головною метою дослідження є коригування та апробація експериментальної програми ерготерапії самбістів-ветеранів після лікування травм колінних суглобів. В результаті емпіричного дослідження членами науково-дослідної групи підкореговано та апробовано експериментальну програму ерготерапії самбістів-ветеранів після лікування травм колінних суглобів. Розроблена та апробована нами експериментальна програма забезпечила збалансоване та поетапне відновлення самбістів-ветеранів після лікування травм, хвороб (хронічних станів) колінного суглобу, що сприяло підвищенню показників їхньої участі у змаганнях різних рангів.

According to the results of the analysis of the scientific-methodical and special literature, it was established, that the topical issue of making changes to the existing occupational therapy programs of veteran athletes who specialize in martial arts at the stage of recovery after injuries of the musculoskeletal system with an emphasis on the use of kinesiological taping and modern fitness technologies is devoted to an insufficient number of scientific works. This emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The main goal of the study is to adjust and test the experimental program of occupational therapy of veteran athletes ("Masters") who specialize in sambo wrestling after treatment of knee joint injuries. As a result of the empirical study, the members of the research group adjusted and tested the experimental program of occupational therapy of veteran sportsmen ("Masters") who specialize in sambo wrestling after treatment of knee joint injuries. The experimental program developed and tested by us ensured a balanced and phased recovery of representatives of the studied category after treatment of injuries, diseases of the knee joint, which contributed to an increase in the indicators of their participation in competitions of various ranks.
