Елітарність як концепт філософії освіти

Дисертація присвячена аналізу філософського змісту концепту елітарності. Встановлено ґенезу понять “елітарність”, “еліта” як у науковій спадщині, так і в сучасній науці. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до вивчення теорій елітарної особистості. Розглядається національна еліта як феномен соціального буття та її особливості в сучасних умовах розвитку суспільства. У дисертації акцентується увага на ролі вищої школи в процесі формування національної еліти. Встановлено, що в сучасних умовах основним каналом рекрутування еліти є система вищої і передусім університетської освіти, а студентство слід розглядати як потенційну еліту.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the philosophical maintenance of the concept of eliteness. The genesis of the notions “eliteness”, “elite” both set in scientific inheritance and in modern science. The scientific approach to the study of the theories and categories of the elite personality is discussed National elite as a phenomenon of social life and its peculiarities in modern terms of society development is examined. The main attention is paid to the role of higher school in the process of the national elite forming. It is stated that in modern terms the basic channels of elite’s recruitment is the system of higher and foremost the University education, and the students have to be examined as a potential elite.
