Формування самоосвітньої компетентності у студентів-медиків

Одним із завдань сучасної вищої школи є формування особистісної підготовки студента-медика до самоосвіти.
У цьому контексті формування самоосвітньої компетенції студентів виходить на перший план загальної системи
освіти та вищої школи зокрема. І саме підготовка майбутніх медичних фахівців потребує особливої уваги. Найбільш
важливими стають вимоги до підготовки кваліфікованого спеціаліста для майбутнього успішного професійного становлення, подальшого самоствердження та кар’єрного зростання.
Відповідно до чинного законодавства України (Закону України “Про вищу освіту”) головна увага професійної освіти має бути зосереджена на розвитку в майбутніх фахівців життєво важливих компетентностей, які дають можливість оперативно реагувати на зміни у професійному середовищі та суспільстві, а також самостійно оволодівати
професійними вміннями впродовж життя.
З урахуванням фундаментальних положень компетентністного та системного підходів до трактування сутності
феномену самоосвітньої компетентності, специфіки самоосвітньої та професійної діяльності майбутніх медичних
працівників, значущості цього виду компетентності у становленні конкурентоспроможного фахівця визначено самоосвітню компетенцію майбутніх медичних працівників, яка допомагає вирішувати професійні завдання за умов стрімких змін сучасності.
На основі аналізу наукової літератури можна зазначити, що мотивація студентів до самоосвіти та саморозвитку, формування їхніх професійних умінь і навичок є одним із важливих завдань. Формування компетентності студентів
у процесі професійної підготовки розглядається у роботах А. Айзенберга, В. Бобрицької, В. Буряка, Г. Сєрікова та ін.
Отже, у статті розглянуто поняття самоосвітньої компетенції як основи самостійної роботи студентів-медиків, також описані мотиваційні рівні, проаналізовано шляхи формування самоосвітньої компетентності. Наголошено на важливості самовиховання студентів. Визначено етапи формування самоосвітньої компетентності під час
навчання у вищому закладі освіти та в подальшій науково-професійній діяльності студентів-медиків.

One of the modern higher education task is the formation of personal self-educational training of medical students. In this
context, the formation of self-educational competence of students comes to the fore the secondary educational system and higher
education in particular. The training of future medical professionals needs special attention. The most important are the requirements
for the training of a qualified specialist for future successful professional development, further self-affirmation and career growth.
According to the current legislation of Ukraine (Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”), the main focus of vocational
education should be on the development of future professionals’ vital competencies that allow them to respond quickly to
changes in the professional environment and society, as well as master professional skills for life.
Taking into account the fundamental ideas of competence and systematic approaches to the interpretation of the essence
of the phenomenon of self-educational competence, the specifics of self-educational and professional activities of future medical
professionals, the importance of this type of competence in becoming a competitive specialist is determined by self-educational competence
of future health care workers. Self-educational competence helps to solve professional problems of modern life rapid changes.
Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, it can be noted that the motivation of students to self-education and selfdevelopment, the formation of their professional skills and abilities is one of the important tasks. The formation of students’
competence in the process of professional training is considered in the works of such scientists A. Eisenberg, V. Bobrytska,
V. Buryak, G. Serikov and others.
Thus, the article reveals the concept of self-educational competence as the basis of independent work of medical students
also describes the motivational levels, analyzes the ways of formation self-educational competence. The importance of students’
self-education is emphasized in the article. The stages of formation of self-educational competence during educational process
in a higher educational establishment and in further scientific and professional activity of medical students are determined.
