Впровадження інноваційно-орієнтованого підходу у професійну підготовку фахівців

В статье проведен анализ существующих научных взглядов по проблеме инноваций в высшем образовании, в
частности в профессиональной подготовке будущих специалистов, особенностей инновационного обучения.
Рассматривается проблема разработки эффективных моделей профессиональной подготовки в современном
образовании. Анализируются имеющиеся подходы, доказывается необходимость ориентации профессионального
образования на формирование инновационных свойств личности будущих специалистов. Предложены основные
принципы модели инновационно-ориентированной профессиональной подготовки в высших учебных заведениях.

Characteristic features of our age are the dynamism and variability in all aspects of life. In providing innovative personality
formation leading role is education. However, the real state of education and training in our country is still unsatisfactory. It is not
favourable for the formation and manifestation of the innovative characteristics of future professionals.
The problems of insufficient orientation of modern education and training for the implementation of innovative approaches in
this article are analyzed.
The problems of higher education, professional training in higher education, including the philosophical study goals and
values innovation in modern education, comparison of traditional and innovative models of educational activities in many scientific
papers are learned.
The article summarizing the points of view of individual authors on the nature and characteristics of innovative approaches in
education, specifying the requirements for innovative teaching and description of the main components of models of implementation
of innovation -oriented approach in higher professional training.
As a result, generalizations, concepts methodological approach can be defined as a specific point of view, position, view at
object under study, which directs of the researcher to a way of knowing this object and influencing it..
In pedagogical researches the object of analysis is education, such as the professional training of educational activities.
The innovative teaching it is opposites traditional (normative) teaching. It is an integral part of student-centred.
Innovative teaching promotes innovative change in the culture, social environment, and focused on the formation of
individual readiness to dynamic changes in the society through the development of skills for creativity, various forms of thinking, and
the ability to cooperate with others.
On the basis of certain innovations, model of innovation- oriented training in higher education institutions, including the basic
principles, strategies and implementation requirements for the main components of the educational system are proposed. The basis
of the implementation of this model can be based on the following principles: the principle of integration, continuity and gradual
development, humanism and variability.
