Використання деяких ефірних олій як фактор оздоровлення в навчальному процесі

The actual today’s issue is the search for improving educational technologies. One method of health enhancing is to use essential oils. The aim of the present work is to study the antimicrobial effects of essential oils (rosemary, lavender, pine, orange, and bergamot) and psycho-emotional state of a person when they are being used.
The impact of oils on Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Candida albicans, Sarcina flava, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was studied by the method of paper disks. The strongest antibacterial activity was observed for essential oils of lavender and rosemary on culture S. aureus.
With aroma lamp essential oils were used for 45 minutes during mental stress, after that participants were interviewed using the test of health-activity-mood. According to the results of the experiment, orange oil had the best health (improved on 13.3%), mood (15.3%), and activity (16.6%) enhancing properties.
The results of the experiment showed that studies on essential oils can be used for improving training activities, stress management, and prevention of respiratory diseases.
