Ефективність занять плаванням у позаакадемічних формах фізичного виховання студентів ВНЗ

Розглянуто питання використання засобів плавання у позаакадемічних формах занять фізичними вихованням
студентів ВНЗ. Наведено підсумки експериментального дослідження з їхнім науковим обґрунтуванням. Експериментально
підтверджено раціональність упроваджених нововведень для підвищення рівня морфофункціонального стану студентів
основних медичних груп ВНЗ. Доведено ефективність використання засобів плавання у позаакадемічних формах занять
фізичними вихованням на підставі отриманих достовірних змін у стані соматичного здоров’я студентів, що є основою
забезпечення їхньої психофізичної готовності до професійної діяльності.

Рассмотрены вопросы использования средств
плавания в внеакадемических формах занятий физическими воспитанием студентов вузов. Приведены результаты
экспериментального исследования с их научным обоснованием. Экспериментально подтверждено рациональность
внедренных нововведений для повышения уровня морфофункционального состояния студентов основных медицинских
групп вузов. Доказана эффективность использования средств плавания в внеакадемических формах занятий физическими
воспитанием на основании полученных достоверных изменений в состоянии соматического здоровья студентов, что
является основой обеспечения ихней психофизической готовности к профессиональной деятельности.

The questions is using swimming means in outside academic
classes form of physical education of students of higher educational institutions is considered. Based on the theoretical analysis the
development and practical implementation of differentiated programs of outside academic classes form of physical education for
students іt is established.
The task of the work – of the еxperimental study of the effectiveness of using swimming in outside academic classes form of
physical education of students’ of the main medical groups of universities. Methods of research: pedagogical experiment, pedagogical
observation, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics.
The effectiveness of the implementation of the author's program of outside academic classes form was determined. By a
significant improvement of all test indicators without exception, as statistically confirmed fs evidenced on the basis of the results of the
experiment. Determination of the level of somatic health of students txperimental group its positive dynamics: the difference between the
results obtained in the first and third years of training is 9,47 points, which is reliably confirmed (p<0,001) is allowed to established. By
the fact that the level of somatic health of the students of the control group at the end of the experimental study practically did not
change and remained at a lower average level. The low effectiveness of the current program of outside academic classes form in
comparison with the author's work is confirmed.
Thus, the results of the practical implementation of the formulated provisions prove the rationality and effectiveness of building physical
education in the post-academic period with the use of means of navigation.
