Аналітичний огляд діяльності закладів спеціалізованої освіти спортивного профілю зі специфічними умовами навчання

Дослідження спрямоване на визначення особливостей діяльності закладів спеціалізованої освіти спортивного профілю зі специфічними умовами навчання в умовах воєнного стану 2022-2023 рр. З'ясовано розташування 20 закладів спеціалізованої освіти спортивного профілю зі специфічними умовами навчання на мапі України. Проведено аналіз документів статистичної звітності Міністерства молоді та спорту України за 2022 та 2023 роки. Визначено контингент учнів та кількість вихованців, які мають спортивний розряд II, I, кандидат у майстри спорту, або спортивне звання «Майстер спорту України» та «Майстер спорту України міжнародного класу». Виявлено загальну чисельність та кількість тренерів, які мають вищу, першу та другу категорії. Запропоновано підхід до визначення рейтингу фахових коледжів спорту та ліцеїв-інтернатів спортивного профілю на прикладі у 2023 року.

The study is aimed at determining the specific features of the activities of specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions under martial law in 2022-2023. The analysis of literary sources shows that specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions, according to scientists, are an important link in the system of training the sports reserve. The location of 20 specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions on the map of Ukraine was determined. Today, there are 20 specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions in 13 regions of Ukraine, including 9 professional colleges and 11 boarding lyceums. The analysis of statistical reporting documents of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine for 2022 and 2023 was carried out. The contingent of students and the number of pupils with sports category II, I, CMS or sports title of MSU and MSUMK were determined. The total number and number of coaches with the highest, first and second categories were identified. In 2023, 5,145 people studied in these institutions, of which 51.3% had a sports category or sports title. The educational and training process in specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions in 2023 was provided by 785 coaches, of which 17.3% had the title of "Honored Coach of Ukraine" and 58.7% had the highest, first and second categories. An approach to determining the rating of professional sports colleges and boarding lyceums with a sports profile is proposed using the example of 2023.
