Особливості інтегрованого розвитку фізичних і пізнавальних здібностей старших дошкільнят в процесі фізичного виховання

Стаття присвячена питанню оптимізації функціонування системи фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку, а саме – визначенню ефективності методики інтегрованого розвитку фізичних і пізнавальних здібностей дітей 5-6 років в процесі занять фізичними вправами. Висвітлені організаційно методичні засади запропонованої методики, умови її реалізації у практиці фізично-оздоровчої роботи у закладах дошкільної освіти, а також – її вплив на психофізичний стан досліджуваних груп дітей. Проведений аналіз педагогічного експерименту свідчить, що впровадження методики комплексного розвитку фізичних і пізнавальних здібностей дітей 5-6 років сприяло значному підвищенню рівня фізичної підготовленості і рівня розвитку складових пізнавальних здібностей дітей експериментальних груп порівняно з контрольними. Таким чином, результати проведеного експерименту показали ефективність нашої методики сполученого розвитку фізичних і пізнавальних здібностей старших дошкільників у процесі фізичного виховання.

The article is devoted to the optimization of the system of physical education of preschool children, in particular – determining the effectiveness of methods of integrated development of physical and cognitive abilities of children 5-6 years old in the process of physical exercise. Here are the organizational and methodological bases of the proposed methods, the conditions of its implementation in practice of physical education and health work in preschool educational institutions, as well as – its impact on the psychological condition of the researched groups of children. The analysis of the pedagogical experiment shows that the introduction of methods of integrated development of physical and cognitive abilities of children 5-6 years has significantly increased the level of physical fitness and the level of development of components of cognitive abilities of children in experimental groups compared to controls. Thus, the results of the experiment showed the effectiveness of our method of combined development of physical and cognitive abilities of older preschoolers in the process of physical education.
