Оцінка якості життя спортсменів з інвалідністю

Узагальнено досвід щодо реалізації прав на заняття фізичною культурою і спортом спортсменів з інвалідністю. Систематизовано чинники визначення якості життя, соціалізації та інтеграції у суспільство спортсменів різних нозологічних форм захворювань. Проведено оцінку якості життя спортсменів з інвалідністю.

Integrated and inclusive sports environment is the most optimal form of providing youth with disabilities by conditions for self-expression, self-improvement and enjoyment of equal rights and opportunities, creating a sense of personal value and usefulness. Material and methods.The survey involved 112 qualified athletes with disabilities (N = 112: 56 persons – Control Group (CG) and 56 athletes – Main Group (MG)) belonging to different
nosological groups and possessing various forms of diseases (Ethics Committee of the Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytskii, protocol № 2 of February 16, 2015). In our research of assessing the quality of life of athletes with disabilities in
various nosological forms of disease, the SF-36 questionnaire (Short Form Health Survey) was used. The research results. Analyzing the results of the responses by the SF-36 (Short Form Health Survey), we corrected the means and methods of physical
rehabilitation in accordance with the state of physical activity, the physical condition, taking into account physical defects, the intensity of the pain syndrome, the general state of health, life, social, emotional activity, psychological health. The noted changes
and their thorough analysis allowed to differentiate approach to the necessary re-planning of an individual program of physical rehabilitation.Conclusions. The analysis of the indicators by the questionnaire SF-36 allowed to assess the ability of athletes with
disabilities to perform training and daily physical activity, a subjective assessment of the general state of their physical and mental health, their mood and emotional ability to communicate with other people.
