Організаційно-педагогічна модель підготовки вчителів технологій на засадах інтеграції

У статті завдяки теоретичному аналізу визначено основні компо-ненти та спроектовано можливості застосування організаційно-педагогічної моделі підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій із застосуванням інтегративного підходу.
Модель розвитку організаційно-педагогічної діяльності майбутніх вчителів технологій, перш за все, ґрунтується на взаємодії студента та викладача, а в подальшому – вчителя і учня. Тому завданням організаційно-педагогічної моделі підготовки майбутніх вчителів технологій є розвиток організаційної здатності студентів до пошуку, оцінки і вибору методів та форм організації навчального процесу. Крім того, важливою умовою є навчально-виховне середовище для застосування організаційно-педагогічної моделі, яке повинне складатися з відповідного змісту навчально-виховного процесу, методів, форм та засобів навчання в процесі професійної підготовки на інтегративних засадах.

In the article, through the theoretical analysis there are defined the main components and the possibilities of using the organizational and pedagogical model for the preparation of future technology teachers using the integrative approach.
The model for the development of organizational and pedagogical activity for the preparation of future technology teachers, at first, is based on the interaction of the student and the teacher, and in the future - the teacher and student. Therefore, the task of the organizational and pedagogical model for the preparation of future technology teachers stays in development the students’ organizational ability to search, evaluation and selection methods and forms of organization the learning process. In addition, an important condition is the teaching and educational environment for the application of the organizational and pedagogical model, which should consist of the appropriate content of the educational process, methods, forms and means of training in the process of vocational training on integrative principles.
