Оцінювання впливу рухливих та спортивних ігор у поліпшенні показників психофізичного стану студентів в процесі фізичного виховання

Робота присвячена проблемі вдосконалення освітнього процесу з фізичного виховання студентів у закладах
вищої освіти для забезпечення ефективності їхньої підготовки до подальшої професійної діяльності. Досліджено
ефективність експериментальної програми фізичним вихованням та установлено влив її практичної апробації на
параметри психофізичного стану студентів. Встановлено, що використання рухливих та спортивних ігор є
ефективними засобами фізичного виховання студентів. Констатувальний етап педагогічного експерименту
підтвердив позитивний вплив занять рухливими та спортивними іграми на рівень фізичної підготовленості,
функціонального стану та фізичної працездатності студентів. Наводяться основні експериментальні результати,
фактичні дані емпіричної розвідки, які підтверджують доцільність використання у фізичному вихованні студентів
закладів вищої освіти засобів рухливих та спортивних ігор задля забезпечення ефективної реалізації цілей та завдань цього
процесу.

Currently, the
development of motor activity of student youth is defined as the priority task of physical education in university. The work is devoted to
the problem of improving the educational process for the physical education of students of university to ensure the effectiveness of their
preparation for further professional activities is devoted. The task of the work was to find out the influence of the use of mobile and
sports games on the parameters of the psychophysical state in the process of physical education of students of the main medical
groups of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". During the study such research methods: general science (analysis,
generalization), pedagogical (testing, molding experiment), medical-biological, mathematical-statistical methods were used. The
effectiveness of the experimental program of physical education was investigated and the effect of its practical testing on the parameters
of the psychophysical state of students was established. That the use of mobile and sports games are effective means of physical
education of students іt has been provened. The positive influence of the exercises of moving and sports games on the level of physical
fitness, functional state and physical performance of students confirmed of the pedagogical experiment. As a result of the statistical
processing of the results of the pedagogical experiment, it is proved that the values of the controlled parameters of the psychophysical
state of the students of experimental group are significantly better than in the control group (p<0,05-0,001) at the end of the forming
stage of the experiment.The main experimental results, evidence of empirical intelligence, confirming the feasibility of using mobile and sports games in physical education for students of university to ensure the effective implementation of the goals and objectives of this process are given.
