Можливості та бар’єри для формування мовленнєвої компетентності дитини дошкільного віку з інтелектуальними порушеннями

У статті представлений теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування мовленнєвої компетентності дітей дошкільного віку з інтелектуальними порушеннями з точки зору компетентнісного підходу. На основі теоретично-історичного аналізу досліджень визначено зміст понять «компетентність», «мовленнєва компетентність». Визначено складові мовленнєвої компетентності, окреслено тісні зв’язки її формування із особливостями психічного розвитку, комунікацією, та соціалізацією. Показана залежність між наявністю бар’єрів розвитку та рівнем реалізації можливостей дитини з інтелектуальними порушеннями. Перспективою подальшого дослідження визначено розробку системного індивідуально-орієнтованого підходу до формування мовленнєвої компетентності дітей дошкільного віку зі стійкими порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку.

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of speech competence of preschool children with intellectual disabilities in terms of competence approach. The purpose of the article is to reveal and describe the existing opportunities and barriers to the formation of speech competence of preschoolers with intellectual disabilities. The task was to analyze the definition of "speech competence" and to determine and characterize the dependence of the capabilities of a child with persistent intellectual disabilities in preschool age from barriers created by both developmental characteristics and the environment in which the child is brought up. Based on the theoretical and historical analysis of research, the content of the concepts "competence", "speech competence" is determined. The components of speech competence are determined, the close connections of its formation with the peculiarities of mental development, communication, and socialization are outlined. The relationship between the presence of barriers to development and the level of realization of the capabilities of a child with intellectual disabilities is shown. Internal and external barriers that arise in preschool children with intellectual disabilities in the motivational and operational components of communication were identified. Particular attention was paid to obstacles that arise in the social environment, such as maternal stress and family upbringing. The prospect of further research is the development of a systematic individual-oriented approach to the formation of speech competence of preschool children with persistent intellectual disabilities.
