Шляхи удосконалення процесу фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України

В статті на основі аналізу науково-методичної літератури та передового світового досвіду визначено проблемне поле питань удосконалення фізичної та функціональної підготовки військовослужбовців-десантників Збройних Сил України (ЗСУ). Визначено необхідність внесення змін у процес фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців з урахуванням вимог НАТО та умов професійної діяльності, що постійно змінюються. Стаття присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню реалізації та застосування сучасних видів спорту, зокрема функціонального багатоборства у процесі фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців-десантників ЗСУ. З’ясовано роль та місце фізичної підготовки в процесі здобуття професійних вмінь та навичок військовослужбовців, визначено основні завдання даного виду діяльності. Представлені результати теоретичного аналізу сучасної системи військово-прикладної фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців країн НАТО. Виявлені можливі шляхи оптимізації та підвищення рівня професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки військових десантно-штурмових військ ЗСУ, за допомогою засобів сучасних видів спорту, що успішно апробовані у практиці фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців провідних країн світу. Систематизовано наукові надбання
що до ефективності застосування засобів функціонального багатоборства в процесі професійно-прикладної підготовки військовослужбовців десантно-штурмових військ ЗСУ.

This article based on the analysis of scientific methodological literature and advanced world experience, the problem area of physical and functional training was determined of paramilitary units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFS). The necessity of making changes
in the process of physical education of military was determined, taking into account requirements of NATO and constantly changing conditions of professional activity. The purpose of the study is to systematize scientific data on the ways to increase the
effectiveness of professional training the AFS with the use of functional multifaceted means. To reach this goal in research methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and empirical data of scientific
researches (analysis and synthesis, generalization, system method, interpretation). The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the introduction and application of modern sports, in particular, functional multifaceted in the process of physical education of military units of the AFS. The role and place of physical education in the process of obtaining professional skills and abilities of military personnel were determined, the main tasks of this type of activity were defined. The results of theoretical analysis of the modern system of military physical training of NATO troops were presented. The revealed ways of optimization and raising the level of professional-applied physical training of military assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the help of modern means of sport, have been successfully tested in the practice of physical training of servicemen from the leading countries of the world. The scientific achievements were systematized to the efficiency of the use of means of functional multifaceted in the process of vocational and applied training of troops of the assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
