Соціально-філософський аналіз зворотного зв'язку: теоретико-методологічний контекст

У дисертації аналізується зворотний зв’язок як головний концепт дослідження, з’ясовано специфіку його прояву у соціальних системах, формалізовано філософські характеристики явища: природа, сутність, зміст, форми, види. Система саморегуляції соціального організму країни подана як вищий рівень цілісності організаційної взаємодії державної і недержавної форм влади, у якій визначено систему функцій зворотного зв’язку, що морфологічно і функціонально має відповідати державній владі. Доведено, що гомеостаз, гомеорез і гомеоклаз є наслідком протистояння негативного і позитивного зворотного зв’язку. Проаналізовано прояв феномену у системах матеріального і духовного виробництва, а також у площині міжнародних відносин, державного управління і місцевого самоврядування. Класифіковано концепції соціального управління у залежності від мети їх застосування у системах, що перебувають у стані гомеостазу, гомеорезу чи гомеоклазу. Подано шляхи удосконалення професійної підготовки менеджерів нової генерації.

Theoretical and methodological principles of studying the theory of people proposed. The dissertation analyzes feedback as the main concept of research, the specificity of its manifestation in social systems is found out, and the philosophical characteristics of the phenomenon are formalized, such as: nature, essence, content, form, types. The system of self-regulation of the social organism of the country is presented as a higher level of the integrity of organizational interaction of public and non-governmental forms of authority, in which defined the system of the functions of feedback that morphologically and functionally must comply with the authority. It is proved, that homeostasis, homeorhesis, homeoklasis are resulting from the confrontation of negative and positive feedbacks. The manifestation of the phenomenon in the systems of material and spiritual production, as well as in the plane of international relations, public administration and local government is
analyzed. Concepts of social management, depending on the purpose of their use in systems, which are situated in the state of homeostasis, homeorhesis and homeoklasis
are classified. Ways of improvement of the training a new generation of managers are given.
