Особливості побудови моделі фізичного виховання, як компонента адаптаційного механізму

Дослідження було проведено на базі Сумського державного університету. У статті вивчено особливості побудови моделі фізичного виховання. Були проаналізовані вимоги до вчителів та викладачів фізичної культури. Розроблена структура моделі поведінки, що складається з мотиваційного, особистісного, когнітивного та оперативного компонентів. Доведено, що впровадження базових і перспективних моделей у практику роботи підвищує ефективність фізичного виховання. Також було встановлено, що у фізичному вихованні необхідне органічне поєднання традицій і новаторства.

Исследование было проведено на базе Сумского государственного университета. В статье изучена особенность построения модели физического воспитания. Были проанализированы требования к преподавателям физической культуры. Разработана структура модели поведения, которая состоит из мотивационного, личностного, когнитивного и оперативного компонентов. Доказано, что внедрение базовых и перспективных моделей в практику работы повышает эффективность физического воспитания. Также было установлено, что в воспитании необходимо органичное сочетание традиций и новаторства.

The research was conducted on the basis of the Sumy State University. The article studied the feature of construction of model of physical education. We analyzed the requirements for teachers of physical education. We have developed a structure of behavior that consists of motivation, personality, cognitive and operational components. It is proved that the introduction of basic and perspective models in the practice of physical education improves efficiency. It was also established that in education must be an organic combination of tradition and innovation. The research was carried: methodical analysis of sources on the organization of physical education students; magazines teachers with the register of students' progress in physical education; testing and analysis of the level of physical preparation of students study groups ((running at 100 meters, long jump from their seats, tilt torso forward from a sitting position, raise the trunk from the supine position for 30 seconds, flexion and extension arms in emphasis lying, orientation in space); generalization of pedagogical experience in organizing sports activities; distribution of students by level of physical preparedness based on tests developed complex monitoring of the physical qualities of students; questionnaire of teachers and students, It forms the basis designed methodological recommendations to improve the level of physical preparedness of university students; processing of the results using the standard methods of mathematical statistics.
