Розвиток саморегуляції поведінки підлітків у процесі оволодіння бойовими мистецтвами

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене вивченню проблеми розвитку саморегуляції поведінки підлітків у процесі оволодіння бойовими мистецтвами. У роботі представлено узагальнені результати теоретичного вивчення проблеми саморегуляції особистості та саморегуляції поведінки. Розкрито особливості саморегуляції поведінки підлітків та особливості бойових мистецтв щодо впливу на розвиток саморегуляції поведінки підлітків. Виявлено особливості прояву структурних компонентів (когнітивного, мотиваційного, емоційно-вольового) та рівні розвитку (високий, середній, низький) саморегуляції поведінки підлітків у процесі оволодіння бойовими мистецтвами. Встановлено, що чинником розвитку саморегуляції поведінки підлітків є оптимізація взаємостосунків з тренером.

Dissertation research is devoted to the study of the self-regulation development problem of teenagers` conduct in the process of mastering fighting arts. In the work generalized results of the theoretical study of the problem of self-regulation of personality and self-regulation of conduct are presented. The peculiarities of self-regulation of teenagers` conduct and the peculiarities of fighting arts referring to the influence on development of self-regulation of teenagers` conduct are exposed. Peculiarities of display of structural components (cognitive, motivational and emotional-volitional) and levels of development (high, middle, low) of self-regulation of teenagers` conduct in the process of mastering the fighting arts are exposed. It is established, that optimization of interrelation with a coach is the factor of development of self-regulation of teenagers` conduct.
