Спеціальна фізична підготовка як компонент освоєння студентською молоддю основ самозахисту

У статті освітлено аспекти підготовки особи до забезпечення власної безпеки; розглянуто класифікацію джерел загроз безпеці;подано до обговорення бачення авторами напрямів навчальної підготовки та характеристики спеціальної фізичної підготовки як одного з компонентів в контексті вивчення дисципліни «Основи самозахисту».

The authors describe the aspects of training the person for ensuring own safety. Also they consider the classification of sources of security threats, submit for discussion the authors' vision of training areas and characteristics of special physical training as the one of the components in the context of studying the discipline "Fundamentals of Self-Defense". The article reveals the relevance of the process of self-defense skills and abilities formation through the multifaceted training of a person in the context of the vision of the social boundaries (legal education), physical and psychological opportunities (special physical training, psychological training). In these aspects, the authors propose to consider a three-component training of students of higher educational institutions in the discipline "Fundamentals of self-defense": 1) the legal basis of self-defense; 2) psychological training; 3) special physical training. The material, that authors submit for discussion, presents the their vision of solving problems on the organization of special physical training, its directions, necessary and sufficient limits for the readiness of the person to withstand danger. The authors emphasize, that such limits are determined by the legal framework of the conditions of extreme necessity, the necessity of active defense, anticipation of the phenomenon of "imaginary defense", actions that involve risk, which are associated with the psychological training for extreme situations. So, the authors substantiate the necessity of the interdependence of the study the basics of special physical training with the basics of psychological training and legal education.
