Статтю присвячено дослідженню можливостей активних та інтерактивних методів навчання у процесі форму-
вання професійно компетентного іноземного фахівця
Звертається увага на те, що сформована особистість, що здатна до успішної соціалізації в суспільстві та актив-
ної адаптації на ринку праці, є пріоритетним завданням сучасної освіти. Вважаємо, що підготовка таких фахівців
є актуальною на державному рівні. З цього виходить, що необхідно створити особливі умови для майбутніх іноземних
фахівців.
У зв'язку з цим постає питання про необхідність інтенсифікації та модернізації освіти, що вимагає впровадження
таких інноваційних технологій, які мають за мету виховання творчої, інтелектуальної, професійної особистості.
Підкреслюється, що сучасного студента важко мотивувати до пізнавальної діяльності, і тут на допомогу
можуть прийти методи активного й інтерактивного навчання.
Звертається увага на цілі, завдання, засади і засоби інтерактивного навчання. Наголошується на тому, що основна
відмінність інтерактивних вправ і завдань від звичайних полягає у тому, що вони спрямовані не стільки на закріплення
вже вивченого матеріалу, скільки на вивчення нового. Інтерактивне завдання завжди передбачає таку організацію
процесу навчання, за якої неможлива неучасть у колективному процесі пізнання.
Успіх будь-якого заняття досягається комплексним використанням різних методів, методичних прийомів, засобів
і організаційних заходів.
Також акцентується увага на тому, що для розвитку умінь іноземного студента оперативно реагувати на зміну
комунікативної ситуації у процесі комплексного розв’язання визначених професійних завдань особливої важливості
слід надавати деяким методам інтерактивного навчання.
У статті наведено приклад педагогічної техніки, що допомагає глибше зрозуміти прочитане, краще його запам'я-
тати та досконально проаналізувати, яку можна презентувати іноземним студентам на заняттях з української мови
для обговорення складних та дискусійних питань і проблем.

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of active and interactive teaching methods in the process of forming
a professionally competent foreign specialist.
Attention to the fact that the formed personality, capable of successful socialization in society and active adaptation in
the labor market, is a priority of modern education is drawn. We believe that the training of such specialists is relevant at the state
level. It follows that it is necessary to create special conditions for future foreign professionals.
In this regard, the question arises about the need to intensify and modernize education, which requires the introduction
of such innovative technologies aimed at educating creative, intellectual, professional personality.
It is emphasized that it is difficult to motivate a modern student to cognitive activity, and here methods of active and interactive
learning can come to the rescue.
Attention to the goals, objectives, principles and means of interactive learning is paid. It is emphasized that the main difference
between interactive exercises and tasks from the usual ones is that they are aimed not so much at consolidating already
studied material, but at learning new ones. The interactive task always involves such an organization of the learning process, in
which it is impossible not to participate in the collective process of cognition.
The success of any lesson is achieved through the integrated use of various methods, techniques, tools and organizational
measures.
Emphasis is also placed on the fact that in order to develop the skills of a foreign student to respond quickly to changes in
the communicative situation in the process of complex solution of certain professional tasks, special importance should be given
to some methods of interactive learning.
The article presents an example of pedagogical technique that helps to better understand what is read, better remember
and thoroughly analyze it and which can be presented to foreign students in Ukrainian language classes to discuss complex
and controversial issues and problems.
