Німецький вплив у країнах центральної Азії в галузі науки і освіти

Автор дослідження ставить за мету отримання нових знань про сучасний рівень та
якість «м’якого» (непрямого) впливу ФРН на країни Центральної Азії через канали освіти і
науки. З цього приводу в дослідженні вказується, що ФРН, з одного боку, проводить
політику щодо країн Центральної Азії в межах загальноєвропейських проектів
співробітництва в галузі освіти і науки. З іншого боку, Берлін прагне забезпечити зміцнення
виключно німецьких позицій в даному регіоні, використовуючи національний потенціал та
інструменти науково-технічного та культурно-освітянського співробітництва. Як
висновок стверджується, що Німеччина фактично отримує змогу бути залученою одразу ж
на трьох управлінських рівнях-ланках: 1) впровадженні окремих технологій та стандартів в
галузі освіти і науки; 2) інтеграції навчальних закладів та науково-дослідних установ;
3) формуванні уніфікованої системи освіти і науки в регіоні Центральної Азії.

The author of the study aims to get new knowledge about the current level and quality of
«soft» (indirect) German influence on Central Asian countries through the channels of education
and science. In this regard, the study indicates that the Federal Republic of Germany, on the one
hand, pursues its policy towards the countries of Central Asia within the framework of pan-
European projects in the field of education and science. On the other hand, Berlin seeks to
strengthen the exclusively German position in the region, using national potential and instruments
of scientific, technical, cultural and educational cooperation. As a conclusion, it is argued that
Germany is actually able to be involved immediately at the three levels of management: 1) the
implementation of certain technologies and standards in the field of education and science;
2) integration of the educational programs and national research institutions; 3) the formation of a
unified system of education and science in the region of Central Asia.
