Теоретичні аспекти військово-патріотичного виховання курсантсько-студентської молоді засобами спортивно-ігрової діяльності

У статті висвітлено теоретичні аспекти військово-патріотичного виховання курсантсько-студентської
молоді засобами спортивно-ігрової діяльності. Із цією метою проаналізовано зміст, форми і методи військово-
патріотичного виховання курсантсько-студентської молоді у процесі спортивно-ігрової діяльності. Розкрито
значення занять спортивно-ігрової діяльності у контексті військово-патріотичного виховання курсантсько-
студентської молоді. Встановлено, що уміле застосування у вищих навчальних закладах спортивно-ігрової
діяльності спрямованої на формування моральних, вольових та фізичних якостей особистості сприяє підвищенню в
курсантів фізичної підготовленості, вихованню патріотизму, цілеспрямованості, дисциплінованості, здоровому
способу життя та інших важливих особистісних якостей.

In the article the theoretical aspects of military-patriotic education of cadets-students’ youth are described by means of sports-game activity. With this purpose, the content, forms and
methods of military-patriotic education of the cadets-students’ youth in the process of sports-game activity are analyzed. The
significance of sports and gaming activities in the context of military-patriotic education of cadets and students is revealed. It has
been established that the skilful use in sports and games of higher educational establishments aimed at forming the moral,
volitional and physical qualities of an individual contributes to enhancement of physical preparedness, education of patriotism,
purposefulness, discipline, healthy lifestyle and other important personal qualities in cadets.
It should be emphasized that in connection with the development of an independent Ukraine and Armed Forces of
Ukraine on the basis of new principles, there was an urgent need to popularize and develop the system of military patriotic
education for students and young people as a whole. Modern challenges require the search for new approaches to content and
tasks of military-patriotic education in Ukraine. Therefore, on our deep conviction, in the process of military-patriotic education of
young people by means of sports-game orientation, it is necessary to promote the formation of love for the Fatherland, its
people, its history; respect for the Constitution and laws of Ukraine; responsibility for their actions and the desire for proper
defense of the country; the formation of the necessary knowledge on military affairs and a positive attitude to the future military
service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the education of constant readiness to protect the Motherland.
