Соціокультурна динаміка цінностей у дискурсі модернізації освіти

У роботі здійснено теоретичне вирішення проблеми модернізації цінностей в українському суспільстві засобами освіти. Висвітлюються системні реформування вищої освіти, розкриваються теоретичні засади розвитку вищої освіти України в ХХІ столітті, визначаються економічні складові, напрямок та порядок проведення системних реформ, обґрунтовується необхідність інтеграції вищої освіти України в європейський освітній простір.
Доведено, що показником та водночас чинником соціокультурної трансформації українського суспільства є «модернізація» та «постмодернізація» ціннісного дискурсу різних елементів соціального. Процес «модернізації» та «постмодернізації» аксіофеноменів студентської молоді проаналізовано як головний чинник формування її суб’єктних характеристик. Визначено співвідношення соціалізації та самоконструювання у процесі формування сучасної особистості.
Аналізуються шляхи модернізації освіти України в контексті Болонських декларації, зокрема, підвищення науковості навчального процесу, перехід до кредитно-модульної систем, маніпулятивні технології та принципи, а також засоби убезпечення від них сучасної молоді, розглядаються форми і напрями академічної мобільності.

The theoretical conclusion of problem of modernization of values in the Ukrainian society by means of education is made in this thesis. Systems reforms in the higher education are highlighted, theoretical foundations of development of the higher education in Ukraine in the XXI century are disclosed, economic components, direction and conduct of system reforms are defined, the necessity of integration of higher education of Ukraine in the European educational space is substantiated. Proved, that “modernization” and “postmodernization” of the value discourse of different elements of the social are the factors and at the same time are causes of the socio-cultural transformation of Ukrainian society. The process of "modernization" and "postmodernization" of axiophenomena of student youth analyzed as a key factor in shaping its subjective characteristics. Correlation of socialization and self-construction in the process of formation of modern identity is defined.
Ways of modernization of the system of education of Ukraine in the context of the Bologna Declaration, in particular, improvement of scientific character of the learning process, switching to the credit and modular systems, manipulative technologies and principles, as well as means of securing today's youth from them, are analyzed, the forms and directions of academic mobility are shown in the work.
