Мінські домовленості як вимушений політичний компроміс

Розглядається поняття «політичний компроміс». Аналізуються умови його досягнення в адекватній формі. Виокремлюються проблеми мирного врегулювання на Донбасі на прикладі конкретних положень Мінських домовленостей та Комплексу заходів з їх виконання. Обґрунтовується вимушений характер укладених угод шляхом встановлення кореляції між їхніми положеннями та умовами досягнення політичного компромісу.

This article deals with the notion «political compromise». It describes the conditions to
achieve it in an adequate form. Author highlights the problem of a peace settlement in the Donbas with reference to specific provisions of the Minsk Agreement and the Complex of measures for their implementation. Also in this article substantiates the compelled nature of the agreements reached by the correlation between their terms and conditions of a political compromise.
