Формування оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності в майбутніх вихователів закладу дошкільної освіти

У процесі реалізації компетентнісного підходу до професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців важливою є проблема формування оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності. Ця компетентність дає змогу педагогічним працівникам закладу дошкільної освіти об’єктивно діагностувати та аналізувати якість організації освітньої діяльності та її результативність у контексті вимог державного стандарту дошкільної освіти. Звідси актуальність проблеми є очевидною. Мета статті полягає в аналізі змісту, форм і методів формування оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності майбутніх вихователів у процесі їх професійної підготовки. Для реалізації визначеної мети необхідним є вирішення наступних завдань: уточнення змісту поняття оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти та її структури; аналіз специфіки формування оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності у процесі вивчення здобувачами вищої освіти освітнього компоненту «Оцінювання та забезпечення якості дошкільної освіти» підготовки бакалавра, галузі знань 01 Освіта / Педагогіка, спеціальності 012 Дошкільна освіта, за освітньою програмою Дошкільна освіта. Методи дослідження: аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення та систематизації. У статті уточнено визначення досліджуваного поняття як здатності майбутнього фахівця успішно виконувати професійні функції, здійснювати та аналізувати результати моніторингу якості освітньої діяльності з метою коригування освітнього процесу відповідно до можливостей і потреб здобувачів освіти, а також діагностувати й інтерпретувати реальний рівень сформованості компетентностей у здобувачів освіти відповідно до державного стандарту дошкільної освіти. Відповідно до структури оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності когнітивною її складовою визначено систему моніторингових знань; операційно-технологічною – моніторингові вміння та навички; а також наголошено на мотиваційно-ціннісній складовій як особистісному її компоненті. Доведено, що нормативний освітній компонент «Оцінювання та забезпечення якості дошкільної освіти» підготовки бакалавра, галузі знань 01 Освіта / Педагогіка, спеціальності 012 Дошкільна освіта, за освітньою програмою Дошкільна освіта ( ВНУ імені Лесі Українки) слугує одним із засобів формування оцінювально-аналітичної компетентності майбутніх вихователів.
Подальшого дослідження потребує розробка методичних рекомендацій з вибору інструментарію діагностування сформованості моніторингових умінь і навичок у здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 012 Дошкільна освіта.

In the process of implementation of the competence approach to professional training of future specialists, the problem of formation of evaluative and analytical competence is relevant. This competence enables the pedagogical workers of the preschool education institution to objectively diagnose and analyze the quality of the organization of educational activities and its effectiveness in the context of the requirements of the state standard of preschool education. Hence, the urgency of the problem is obvious.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the content, forms and methods of forming the evaluative and analytical competence of future educators in the process of their professional training. In order to realize the defined goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: clarification of the content of the concept of evaluative and analytical competence of the educator of the preschool education institution and its structure; analysis of the specifics of the formation of evaluative and analytical competence in the process of studying by students of higher education of the educational component "Evaluation and quality assurance of preschool education" of bachelor's training, field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy, specialty 012 Preschool education, according to the educational program Preschool education. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization. The article clarifies the definition of the researched concept as the ability of a future specialist to successfully perform professional functions, to carry out and analyze the results of monitoring the quality of educational activities in order to adjust the educational process in accordance with the capabilities and needs of education seekers, as well as to diagnose and interpret the real level of competence formation in education seekers in accordance with state standard of preschool education. In accordance with the structure of evaluative and analytical competence, a system of monitoring knowledge is defined as its cognitive component; operational and technological – monitoring skills and abilities; and also emphasized the motivational and value component as its personal component. It has been proven that the normative educational component "Assessment and quality assurance of preschool education" of bachelor's training, field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy, specialty 012 Preschool education, according to the educational program Preschool education (Lesia Ukrainka University) serves as one of the means of forming the evaluative and analytical competence of future teachers Further research is needed to develop methodological recommendations for the selection of tools for diagnosing the formation of monitoring skills and abilities among students of higher education in the specialty 012 Preschool education.
